Dustin Fenske’s family’s background in construction led to his early fascination with the development and real estate industry, which was the impetus for him to become a REALTOR® in 2010. In 2011, he joined the rennie Advisor team, a group he praises for its honesty, loyalty, sincerity, and strong work ethic. He loves meeting people who enter a sales centre to browse and end up buying, having liked what they’ve seen. “Two years later, when they return to say how happy they are with their purchase: that’s the absolute best.” Born in New Westminster and raised in Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam, Dustin now lives on Hastings in North Burnaby. He likes that his current location provides him with easy access to adjacent municipalities and that it’s close to the highway, so he can be on the road to an Okanagan getaway in a flash. Dustin has always had real estate on the brain: he grew up wanting to be a high-rise developer, and, if he were anything other than a rennie Advisor today, it would be a developer or builder. An ideal workday for Dustin is preceded by a trip to the gym and a light breakfast and followed by a Happy Hour glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
