Carmen is very appreciative that her real estate career allows her to guide her clients through one of life’s most important decisions. She views honesty, integrity and dedication as essential characteristics of a Rennie Advisor. Carmen is a graduate of the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary where she received her Bachelor of Commerce degree. She has her Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and her Chartered Professional Accountant, CPA, CA designation in British Columbia. She has been an investor in Vancouver real estate since 2009 and has negotiated real estate deals on her own even before she became an advisor. Carmen was named Rennie's Rookie of the Year in 2022 and subsequently became a Rennie Leader in 2023.

Helping others is one of Carmen’s core values. Over the next 10 years, she hopes to make a deep impact through charitable work and giving. She volunteers her time and has helped fundraise for organizations such as BC Cancer Foundation and Callanish Society just to name a couple. She donates a portion of her commissions from each trade to support a Canadian charity and hopes to inspire others.

When she’s not researching the market or assisting clients with listings and showings, you’re likely to find Carmen with her family exploring new areas or trying out the newest restaurant in town.
