Charles entered real estate nearly three decades ago as one of the youngest agents in the industry, bringing with him a background in sales and a drive to build something meaningful. Over the years, his approach has evolved from the hustle of early face-to-face networking to a focus on problem-solving and partnership. Charles values earning trust through honest advice and believes that informed, supported clients make the best decisions - never feeling pressured, but confident in their choices. Having spent his entire career in Vancouver, he’s witnessed the city’s transformation firsthand, from the early days of Yaletown to the vibrant neighborhoods of today, giving him a unique perspective rooted in experience. Charles is known for his calm confidence and ability to simplify complex situations, drawing on his knowledge from navigating multiple market cycles and helping hundreds of clients through both strong and challenging times. He’s an early adopter of technology, always seeking out tools and ideas that enhance the client experience, and remains naturally curious about innovations shaping the industry. Outside of work, Charles finds balance in travel -especially to Costa Rica - enjoying time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, and appreciating architecture and design. He values health and wellness, quiet mornings, and the simple pleasure of sharing good food and conversation. Guided by the principle that “where focus goes, energy flows,” Charles approaches both his business and life with intention, believing that mindset shapes every outcome.
