Christie brings a wealth of project experience and a deep understanding of the development process to her role as a rennie advisor. She began her journey with rennie in 2021 as a project site coordinator, playing an integral role in the success of several pre-sale communities, including Marine Landing by Wesbild, Lux Lonsdale by Townline, and District Northwest by Thind. Her transition into purpose-built rentals expanded her expertise even further, supporting Chronicle by GWLRA and deepening her knowledge of Vancouver’s evolving housing needs.

In 2022, Christie became a licensed real estate advisor, where she continues to build on her project foundation by working with leading developers on innovative homes, such as Bowline by GWLRA, Rent on 4th by Three Shores, and most recently, Signal by Oxford Properties and Intracorp. Her behind-the-scenes experience in project launches gives her a unique lens when advising clients—offering them clarity, insight, and confidence throughout the buying process.
