Having spent half her life in Lima, and the other half in Vancouver, Monica brings an international flair to each community she serves.
Monica specializes in the Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, and Richmond areas, leveraging her extensive knowledge of these neighborhoods to assist her clients in finding their next homes. She believes in the magic of understanding and meeting her clients' needs, often anticipating what they need before being asked.
Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Wood Products Processing from UBC and is proud of her accomplishments as a mother, wife, and successful professional. She has also completed the Whistler Tough Mudder in 2015, showcasing her determination and resilience. Over the next decade, Monica aims to continue delivering exceptional service to her clients, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to rennie’s growth.
Starting her day with a few minutes of exercise and good tunes sets the tone for a productive and positive day. After work, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether experimenting with new recipes or ordering food. Monica also loves music, sports, and dance, playing in a Peruvian Folk band and teaching Zumba.
