Personal Real Estate Corporation | Rennie & Associates Realty Ltd.
When he’s not guiding clients through real estate decisions, Randy Rinaldo is a proud husband and devoted father to two energetic boys. He is deeply rooted in both family life and community, with a longstanding commitment to making a positive impact.
As a REALTOR®, Randy brings a rare combination of professional experience, in-depth knowledge of public policy and real estate economics, and access to Rennie’s industry-leading data and technology. This blend allows him to offer clients an unmatched level of insight and responsiveness in a fast-paced market. His hands-on experience in property management and pre-sales adds further depth to his expertise.
What truly sets Randy apart, however, is his relentless drive to deliver results and his passion for helping others succeed.
Born and raised in British Columbia, Randy is the son of Italian immigrants who instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for opportunity. That foundation has guided his approach to both business and life.
An active leader in the Italo-Canadian community, Randy serves as President of the Italian Cultural Centre and a director of the Italian Day Festival Society—organizer of Vancouver’s largest street festival. In 2016, he helped spearhead the official designation of “Little Italy” on Commercial Drive, honouring the area’s rich Italian heritage. He also played a key role in the recognition of June as Italian Heritage Month in Vancouver and collaborated with local government to help secure $160,000 in funding for the iconic Italian flag crosswalks. These efforts earned him the affectionate nickname “Mayor of Little Italy” among colleagues and community leaders.
Randy is also a long-time advocate for electric vehicles and safer, smarter transportation. As a former board member of the Vancouver Electric Vehicle Association (VEVA), he worked with Premier Christy Clark to allow zero-emission vehicles in HOV lanes. His advocacy with SENSE BC helped modernize speed limits on rural highways and was instrumental in passing the “Keep Right Except to Pass” legislation—often jokingly referred to as “Randy’s Law.”
Whether it’s pushing for change or helping families find the perfect home, Randy brings passion, purpose, and professionalism to everything he does.
