Robert brings a depth of experience and a distinctly entrepreneurial mindset to his role as a real estate advisor, shaped by more than 25 years in the Greater Toronto Area’s real estate industry. With a background spanning commercial real estate, business development, and large-scale infrastructure projects, he is known for his thoughtful approach, creative problem solving, and ability to build lasting relationships. His work has included complex property acquisitions for major transit expansion, giving him a strong foundation in negotiation and strategic thinking that directly benefits his clients today.

Robert’s career began as a business owner, running his own professional painting franchise before becoming a licensed realtor. Over time, he developed a focus in the industrial, commercial, and investment (ICI) sector, including consulting for a start-up LNG company where he secured development sites for fuel infrastructure across Ontario. Most recently, he worked with Metrolinx on property acquisitions for the Ontario Line—an ambitious transit project designed to better connect communities across Toronto, similar in scale and impact to Vancouver’s Broadway Subway Project. These experiences have given him a unique perspective on how real estate shapes—and is shaped by—growing communities.

In 2025, Robert and his wife made a life-changing decision. After visiting Ucluelet and being drawn to its natural beauty and pace of life, they relocated from Ontario with their two black labs to start a new chapter on the west coast. Now based in the region, Robert has embraced the coastal lifestyle and the close-knit communities of Ucluelet and Tofino, where he brings both his professional expertise and genuine enthusiasm for the area to his clients.

Looking ahead, Robert is focused on building meaningful connections within his new community while helping others make confident, informed real estate decisions. He is excited to contribute to the long-term growth of the region and support clients as they find their place on the west coast and also support the community as member of the Ucluelet Volunteer Fire Rescue.
