Ryan Wong is an award winning and top producing REALTOR®, with over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry. Real estate is a passion that has come very naturally to Ryan, as he was born in to a real estate family, with a father who is a top real estate lawyer in Vancouver, a brother who is in a lead role in the investment and commercial real estate sector and another brother who works alongside him as a REALTOR®, and as part of his team. Needless to say, conversations at the Wong family home can usually have a strong emphasis on anything real estate-related that is happening locally and abroad. This has attributed to providing Ryan a vast network to many of Vancouver’s top real estate professionals in all fields and an extensive knowledge to many facets of the industry. 

Ryan has worked to hone his skills and experience through varying different roles in marketing, management and sales, and has worked alongside many of the top Developers and real estate agents in Vancouver and abroad, which has provided him a vast insight in to handling all types of clients, colleagues, negotiations and sales strategies. Ryan has played a lead sales and managerial role on such development projects as 2300 Kingsway, Opsal Steel, 1265 Barclay, Wall Centre Central Park, The Independent, Fraser Commons and many more. A turning point and highlight in Ryan's career was when he was afforded the opportunity and privilege to hold the role of, Executive Assistant to Bob Rennie, the Principal of Rennie Marketing Systems and Canada's preeminent "Condo King". His 3 years working daily and intimately with a true Vancouver real estate pioneer, leader and celebrity, allowed him to build relationships and study from many of the top player's in the industry and also learn from the very best, Bob himself. This has provided him with a profoundly high-level, experienced and expansive insight in to the inner and outer understandings of the real estate industry and the real estate market.

Ryan has consistently been one of the top real estate agents in Greater Vancouver since he began his career, achieving Rennie President’s Club Member (Top 1% of all agents brokerage wide), Rennie Leaders status since its inception (Top Producing REALTOR® within Rennie & Associates Realty), MLS Gold Master Medallion Club Member status for the past 12 consecutive years (Top 10% of all REALTORS® in Greater Vancouver) and has most recently achieved the status of being in the Top 2% of over 15,0000 REALTORS® in the GVRD for the past 8 years. Ryan has extensive experience and insight in both commercial and residential real estate, with a strong emphasis on residential home and condo sales, project sales/presale investment, land assembly, strata dissolution and strata relocation.

In his downtime, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his partner and their dog, Maya, travelling the world to experience and see new places, snowboarding, and the simple things, like enjoying a good meal with good company.
