A defining chapter of Ryan’s career was his three years serving as Executive Assistant to Bob Rennie ("The Condo King"), Principal of Rennie Marketing Systems and one of Canada’s most influential real estate marketing pioneers. Working closely with Bob provided Ryan with an unparalleled opportunity to observe and participate in high-level development marketing, negotiations, investment strategy, market analysis, and relationship management. This experience allowed him to build relationships and study from many of the most influential individuals that are involved in all facets of the real estate industry, significantly expanded his understanding of Vancouver’s real estate industry and continues to influence his strategic approach today.
