About Me

Elmira Mafi joined the Rennie Advisor team in 2021. “I’ve always been passionate about home design,” she says, “but buying my first Vancouver property deepened my interest in real estate.

I loved the process, and I now find it rewarding to help clients find the places they can call home.” Elmira brings the skills she gained as an educator to her real-estate work. “The communication skills, patience, and dedication I developed as a teacher allow me to commit to understanding my clients’ needs and wants; my goal is to educate my clients on their real estate investments and assist them in making sound decisions, as it is one of the most significant of their lives,” says Elmira.

Born in Tehran, Elmira moved to the Lower Mainland with her family at five-years old. She grew up in Deep Cove and now lives in Yaletown, a neighbourhood she loves for its vibrant lifestyle, excellent shopping, walkability, and proximity to the beach. Although Elmira has lived, worked, studied abroad and has also travelled extensively, she says, “Vancouver has always been and always will be home.” Elmira has previously volunteered in the Downtown Eastside and has participated in fundraising efforts for refugee scholarships. As she grows her business over the next 10 years, she plans to contribute to her community while helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Elmira likes to begin her day with gratitude, and at the end of a long day at work, she enjoys unwinding with a walk along the Seawall. Her favourite room in a home is the kitchen. “No matter how big or small the space is, the kitchen is the heart of a home. When I have friends and family over, they naturally gravitate to the kitchen. It’s where great conversations happen and delicious food is created.”
