Erica began her real estate career when she was 19 in commercial property management. Many years later and after starting a family, she transitioned to residential, becoming a full time realtor in 2016 and finally joining rennie in 2018. Whether it's residential or commercial, she has seen the value that developments bring to communities and the people who work and live in them.
