The latest Vancouver housing market stats have just been released and rennie Intelligence has compiled a summary of sales and listings for the Greater Vancouver board area.
Highlights include buyers being back in full force in August after a comparatively slow July. With inventories already low, the latest burst of sales has—if you can believe it—pushed inventories even lower.
