Christopher Boyd is a member of the DOI Real Estate Group and has been selling real estate from the Rennie Family Office since 2009, earning recognition as a Rennie Leader and a member of the MLS Medallion Club year after year. Specializing in marketing architecturally distinctive homes, Christopher has been involved in notable sales, including The Cube House, Ray House, Howard Residence, Marguerite Residence, and Kits Point House, to name a few.
With over 15 years of experience, Christopher collaborates with some of the city’s most recognized developers under Rennie Marketing Systems. As a Sales Manager, he has played a key role in the success of iconic properties such as The Private Residences at Hotel Georgia, 6th+Steel, 1555 West Eighth, 1818 Alberni, E15 Just Off Main, The Willow, ASH|28, and many others.
In 2024, Christopher, along with his partners Patrick and Alex, founded the Department of Interest (DOI)—a real estate practice built on the belief that architecture and design have the power to enhance life. Focused on design-driven properties—from modernist cubes to meticulously restored heritage homes—DOI blends a deep understanding of art and design history with a mastery of technology, setting a new standard for real estate marketing in Vancouver.
Christopher and his family reside in scenic West Vancouver. Whenever possible, they escape for adventures on Mayne Island.
