About Me

Nagib Karim began investing in real estate in 2004, and decided to go into business as a Realtor in 2011, the year he became a rennie Advisor. Nagib enjoys being able to provide his clients with all the information they need to feel confident about their real estate purchases. He looks forward to coming into the office, because he knows that it’s a family environment, where everyone supports and helps each other. Born in Toronto, Nagib was raised in Vancouver and his home base is now in Vancouver’s Beach District. He appreciates that his neighbourhood is close to the seawall, English Bay, and Yaletown. His favourite way to start the day is watching a construction site with a cup of coffee. After a hard day at work, Nagib unwinds by taking his miniature pinscher, Daisy, for a walk along the seawall, by meeting friends for dinner, or by indulging in reality television, his guilty pleasure. His last trip abroad was to Playa Del Carmen, and taking a wildlife tour in Africa is on his bucket list.
