Along with a decade’s worth of experience in the fast-paced Metro Vancouver real estate market, Eric’s winning combination of expertise, relatability, and dedication benefits both buyers and sellers alike.
Eric emphasizes providing timely communication and the highest level of service in order to ensure his clients achieve their real estate goals. Using the latest virtual tools, translating the most significant trends in the market, or simply chatting over a coffee represent only a few of the ways Eric informs and connects with those he serves.
Eric completed a Bachelor in Business Administration from BCIT and worked in the financial sector before building on this know-how with his eventual transition to real estate — which was inspired in part by the positive outcome of working with a REALTOR® when he and his wife purchased their first family home. Eric now lives in New Westminster in the house where he and his wife will raise their two daughters. “New West is a rapidly growing city, with tons of new restaurants popping up everywhere. It also has a lot of history, and I really like all of the unique character homes, many dating back to the early 1900s.”
Growth is slated to continue across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley and Eric eagerly awaits what the future has in store: “Over the next 10 years, the further expansion of rapid transit will be interesting to watch!” Eric also looks forward to engaging in project sales for progressive new developments.
