Since becoming a rennie Advisor in 2004, Hanson Lu has been the recipient of the President’s Club Award (2017, 2018), The Medallion Club Award (2013 – 2023), and the rennie Leaders Award (2013 – 2023). Helping out part time with a rennie project while enrolled in BCIT’s Commercial Real Estate Program was such a positive experience for Hanson that it caused him to made the switch from commercial to residential real estate.
His favourite thing about being a rennie Advisor is his clients’ loyalty: “I become their family REALTOR®,” he says, “and whenever they think of buying or selling, they consult me for advice.”
Hanson hails from China, and he now lives in Burnaby North Parkcrest area, a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood with easy access to downtown. Over the next 10 years, Hanson is determined to remain focused on his relationships with his clients, the quality of service he provides, and building a strong real estate team.
To get his day off to the right start, Hanson makes sure to get a good night’s sleep and swims laps before work. At home, his favourite room at home is his office, where he spends most of his time.
