About Me

Christopher Boyd has been selling real estate with the Rennie Family Office since 2009, earning recognition as a Rennie Leader and consistent member of the MLS Medallion Club. Specializing in architecturally distinctive homes, he has represented notable properties including The Cube House, Ray House, Howard Residence, Marguerite Residence, and Kits Point House.

With nearly 16 years of experience, Christopher operates at the intersection of design and development, collaborating with many of the city’s most respected developers through Rennie Marketing Systems. As a Sales Manager and Director, he has driven the success of landmark projects including The Private Residences at Hotel Georgia, 6th+Steel, 1555 West Eighth, 1818 Alberni, E15 Just Off Main, The Willow, and ASH | 28, and has contributed to numerous other notable developments, including KITS360, Shannon Wall Centre, and Marine Gateway.

In 2024, Christopher co-founded the Department of Interest (DOI Real Estate Group) with partner Patrick—an initiative grounded in the belief that architecture and design can meaningfully enhance everyday life. Focused on design-driven properties, from modernist forms to carefully restored heritage homes, DOI pairs a deep understanding of design history with a refined approach to technology, setting a distinct standard for real estate marketing in Vancouver.

Christopher lives with his family in West Vancouver and, whenever possible, retreats to their cabin tucked within the Southern Gulf Islands.
