About Me

Christopher Boyd has been a REALTOR® since 2009, beginning his career at Rennie. Over the years, he has earned recognition as both a Rennie Leader and a member of the MLS Medallion Club. Christopher expertly guides clients through significant property transactions, offering exceptional service and valuable insights. He specializes in marketing and selling architecturally distinctive homes, with notable sales including The Cube House, Ray House, Howard Residence, Marguerite Residence, and Kits Point House.

In addition to his role as a REALTOR®, Christopher brings extensive experience from his work with Rennie Development Services (RDS). With over 15 years of marketing expertise, he has played a role in shaping the success of some of Greater Vancouver’s most iconic properties, including The Private Residences at Hotel Georgia, 6th+Steel, 1555 West Eighth, and more.

In 2024, Christopher and his two partners (Patrick and Alex) founded the Department of Interest (DOI), a real estate practice built on the belief that architecture and design have the power to enhance life. With a focus on design-driven properties—from modernist cubes to meticulously restored heritage homes—DOI is anchored in a deep understanding of art and design history, combined with a mastery of technology. The team is setting a new standard for real estate marketing in Canada.
