All sub-markets sit above a 70% sold rate, with Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge and Burnaby leading the way at 91% and 90% respectively, followed by East Vancouver at 86%.In terms of contemplated concrete product, Burnaby leads the way with 31,686 potential future homes coming to market, while Coquitlam/Port Moody has the second most with 31,379.
