From her first lemonade stand on Goldstream Avenue in Victoria, Nickole’s entrepreneurial spirit and knack for sales have only been on an upward trajectory. Beginning her career in real estate in 2007, Nickole has been helping clients navigate the home-buying journey and cultivating positive experiences every step of the way.
With a passion for the pre-sale market, Nickole loves how it involves more collaboration with the expertise of a larger team, while still offering plenty of opportunity to connect with individual buyers. Through her years of experience, she has worked with buyers, developers, and advisor teams in tandem, finding a balance to deliver an excellent experience to all those involved. Throughout every step of the process, Nickole strives to ensure it is as streamlined, stress-free, and fun as possible for the client.
Her favourite way to unwind after work is at Royal Bay Beach with her partner and pup, Pax. Find them walking along the beach in all seasons, strolling the shore or ready to unpack a picnic on a warm summer night.
