Kim Whittall is a member of the Whittall Real Estate Team and is known for her integrity, collaborative spirit, and commitment to always going the extra mile—a trait that has led to her success as a top producer in the industry. She specializes in the North Shore and downtown Vancouver areas, along with the local islands such as Bowen, Keats, and Gambier Island.

With a background in high-volume corporate sales and over 25 years of professional experience, Kim transitioned into real estate in 2016, bringing with her a results-driven mindset and a passion for client satisfaction. Her career shift from Business Development Sales Manager to working for herself has allowed her to apply her dedication, perseverance, and strong negotiating skills to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Her real estate accomplishments include being part of the 2022 & 2024 Medallion Club, as well as earning the 100% Club Team Award and Platinum Club Team Award multiple times in her previous brokerage. In 2022, she was recognized with the prestigious Titan Club Team award & a Rennie Leader in 2025. Born and raised in Ontario, Kim has called BC home since 1991 and now resides in the beautiful Gleneagles/Eagle Harbour/Horseshoe Bay neighborhood. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time quality time with her family, boating on our local waters, running and walking her dog Bella.
