Episode #14: 8,895 Homes Sales: a New Record - April 2021In this episode, we join members of the rennie intelligence team, Ryan Berlin and Bowen Behan Pausey, along with rennie advisor, Joanne Hoekstra, to review the latest residential data for the Vancouver Region and discuss three key insights gleaned in March 2021:
- Record-breaking 8,895 home sales in March sales.
- Year-over-year increases in sold prices have been high by historical standards.
- Metro Vancouver’s employment returned to its pre-pandemic level.
