About Me

I am a member of the Brohearns Team.

Ryan became a realtor shortly after graduating from SFU's Beedie School of Business with a BBA in 2015. He’s excited to be working alongside his business partner and brother Daniel O'Hearn, and father Dan O'Hearn. With over 30 years of family experience in real estate, Ryan appreciates that every day as a realtor differs and brings new relationships. Currently, he is working with Strand Development at the Oaks in West Coquitlam, selling over 398 homes in the rapidly expanding Burquitlam neighbourhood.

Raised in Coquitlam, Ryan currently splits his time between the tri-cities and downtown. A runner and a cyclist, he appreciates riding his bike on the False Creek seawall, and jogging the Shoreline Trail in Port Moody. Over the next 10 years, he hopes to continue to learn from the best of the best of the real estate industry, and to keep pursuing every opportunity for self development.

He enjoys sales meetings at rennie, because he’s able to contribute his own unique style and strategy, and he always takes away fresh knowledge. “When I work with clients,” says Ryan, “It’s a privilege to know that their trust in my insights and expertise will help them make the most of their real estate investments.” (The Richest Man in Babylon is one of his favourite reads.)
