Passionate about design and architecture for as long as he can remember, Nick Prastos had long considered a career in real estate, and he decided to take the plunge and become a rennie Advisor in 2009 when encouraged by his friend (and now fellow Advisor), John Tsai. Since then, Nick has continued to be inspired by his colleagues and to thrive in rennie’s supportive work culture. “There’s something extraordinary about helping people find the perfect home,” he says, “and it could very well be the most important financial decision of their life.”
A born-and-bred Vancouverite who is fluent in Greek, Nick lives in beautiful Kitsilano, where he’s immersed in a great community, surrounded by every possible convenience, and a stone’s throw away from Kits Beach. He can’t imagine living in any other city, but of the cities he has visited, San Francisco and Barcelona are his top picks. This fan of Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich and the movie Pursuit of Happyness, believes that focus, determination, and desire can put any goal within reach, and he begins his days with a kick-start from coffee, a workout, and a visit to MLS website.
