About Me

Phil Chang began his career as a rennie Advisor in 2010, and has consistently been recognized as a top-producing agent in qualifying for our yearly “rennie Leaders Award” on numerous occasions, in addition to being a project Sales Lead on various new developments that included the Olympic Village and most recently at The Pacific by Grosvenor and Grosvenor Ambleside. Growing up in East Vancouver, Phil use to dream of being an architect, and a persistent interest in real estate led him to his choice of career. He has continued to pursue this path for the reward of helping clients achieve and exceed their goals when buying or selling their homes. At rennie, he enjoys being surrounded by friendly, supportive faces, as well as catching up with his colleagues over coffee and beverages. Phil now lives in Renfrew Heights, a well-established neighbourhood with a community centre, excellent transit access, grocery stores, and restaurants within walking distance. Phil likes to begin his day with a large cappuccino and end it by decompressing with a glass of wine or socializing with close friends and family. Phil was asked when he started at rennie, "if you could spend a day with any famous person, who would that be?". He chose Vancouver-based magnate and philanthropist, Jim Pattison. Phil fulfilled it as he recently had the opportunity to meet and present a pre-sale development to Mr. Pattison. After a stellar career with Fairmont, Canadian Pacific, and Westin Hotel brands, Phil brings a passion for quality, luxury hotels and measure of discerning service levels.

I specialize in Condos, First Time Buyers, Houses, Investors, Pre-Sale and Townhouses.
