CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
We are happy to announce that excavation is now complete and concrete construction has commenced. You may have noticed our construction crane go up over Christmas and New Years, and over the next few months, you can expect to see many concrete trucks on site as we build the parkade. We have also moved the historic Leslie House to a temporary location across the lane as The Pacific completes. To view the short video detailing this exciting move, click here.
CURTAIN WALL TESTING
The Grosvenor and Ledcor teams travelled to Fresno, California to ensure that the quality of the high performance triple glazed curtain wall system met our standards. A series of tests were applied to the curtain wall system, all of which were successfully passed as a result of the high quality of the materials and the superior system design. The system will now commence fabrication in time for an install starting by the end of 2019.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
We are pleased to announce that all parking stalls at The Pacific will accommodate the potential for electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, which will be provided by ChargePoint. ChargePoint is the world's largest secure and individually metred EV charging network. Benefits of this advanced system include smart demand management, automated billing, 24/7 customer service and sophisticated analytics that track your energy use and environmental impact. If you are interested in this upgrade, please contact the Sales Team to join the wait-list.
WALL SAFE UPGRADE
Integrated wall safes are provided in homes larger than 1,000 SF. Homes under 1,000 SF may be eligible for a wall safes upgrade at a cost of $2,500. Please contact the Sales Team if you wish to see if your home is eligible for an upgrade. Location and feasibility varies by floorplan.
COMMUNITY REFERRAL PROGRAM
We are happy to continue our Community Referral Program into 2019. Refer a friend or family member to The Pacific and if they purchase, you will receive a storage locker free of charge (minimum $10,000 value), and they will receive a purchase incentive. Contact the Sales Team for more information. Due to the limited number of storage lockers available for the Community Referral Program, this opportunity will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
