Andrew Hutson has been practicing commercial real estate since 2017, beginning his career with multinational brokerages before joining Rennie Commercial. Specializing in development land, residential land assemblies, and investment properties, Andrew has been involved in transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars across the Lower Mainland.
A graduate of UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double specialization in Real Estate and Accounting. His in-depth understanding of land use policies, municipal processes, and financial analysis equips his clients with the insights they need to make fast, informed decisions in competitive markets.
