Teaming up with his brother Ryan, also a Rennie advisor, Daniel ensures an exceptional level of service for their clients. Both Daniel and Ryan together known as the "brohearns team" have achieved "rennie leader" status within the company, thanks to their extensive transaction history and unwavering dedication to client success.
Experienced in representing buyers across various property types including condos, townhouses, single-family homes, land, apartment buildings, and development sites, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge, including a background in property management inherited from his family's two-decade-long operation of their own management brokerage.
Throughout his tenure at Rennie, Daniel has contributed to numerous real estate projects. Notable among them include his collaboration with Skyllen Pacific in 2018 for the launch of the high-rise project "618 Carnarvon" in New Westminster, his role as a leasing representative with Reliance Properties in 2019 and 2020 for the initial lease-up of their new rental building near English Bay, 1188 Bidwell, and his recent involvement with First Track Developments for the sale of "Woodland Block" in 2023.
Originally from Coquitlam, Daniel made the move downtown in 2014, drawn by the vibrant urban lifestyle juxtaposed with the serene beauty of the surrounding water and mountains. In his free time, Daniel indulges in cycling, skiing, hiking, and camping, while also savoring the excitement of a night out, crafting cocktails, and immersing himself in his favorite music.
