Heather has been in real estate since 2020, joining the rennie team in 2022. Prior to real estate, she was in the finance industry for over 6 years, which includes personal finance and asset management. Real estate runs in her family — both her brother and father have been in the industry for many years and she’s seen the positive impact a REALTOR® can make in peoples’ lives. For Heather, it all starts with building relationships, earning trust, and bringing a little bit more light into her clients’ lives. She most enjoys helping buyers, especially first-time home buyers, find that perfect home or investment property.

Born in Manila, Heather was raised in Richmond and now calls Cloverdale home. She loves the area because of the community and its suburban feel while still being close to all the big-city amenities.

An ideal night at home for Heather includes a few of her favourite things: watching tv/movie with family and friends while eating a lot of snacks, then winding down by writing in my planner with a cup of tea. When she isn’t at work, Heather enjoys cosplaying for premiere movie nights and at Comic-Cons.
