About Me

Currently in his 4th year of Real Estate, Daniel has established himself as a dedicated member of the rennie team and has proven himself in both project sales & leasing as well as in his own resale business. Daniel prides himself on his work ethic, upfront honesty and knowledge of all things real estate.

Real estate is in his DNA, his parents are both industry veterans who started as Realtors until transitioning into property management operating their own brokerage for over 2 decades. Growing up, he and his brother, Ryan (also a rennie Advisor), often helped out around the office. It’s not surprising that someone who was raised with dinnertime conversations about real estate ended up becoming a Realtor in 2017. Daniel thrives around the positive energy of the rennie advisor team, which he joined in 2018.

Re-sale:

Daniel is specialize in Downtown Vancouver and Coquitlam. He is passionate about creating strong relationships by focusing on open communication & delivering a high level of service. He brings his background in hospitality into his real estate business ensuring that both the needs & wants of his clients are met before they need to ask. His goal with every client is to “make real estate fun.” Daniel knows the buying or selling process can only become fun if his clients know the important details have not been overlooked. Daniel works with his brother, Ryan to ensure the highest level of service is provided to his clients. By working together they are able to ensure that there is always someone available for their clients. They are firm believers of transparency, and focusing on the relationship instead of the transaction.

Projects:

Daniel has been involved with numerous real estate projects through rennie. In 2018, Daniel and his teammates launched "618 Carnarvon'' by Skyllen Pacific in New Westminster to great success, with construction now underway. The 32 story building will be the latest addition to the downtown New Westminster skyline in early 2023. Beginning in 2019, Daniel worked as a leasing representative for rennie's first rental building, 1188 Bidwell by Reliance Properties. This brand new rental opportunity is located in Vancouver's West End - it is a collection of 108 beautifully crafted homes steps from English Bay. Daniel was tasked with the initial lease-up of the building, navigating the complexities of the rental market throughout 2020 until completing the job in December 2020.

Personal:

Daniel grew up in Coquitlam, and he now enjoys living downtown because, “it’s close to everything, and getting around is easy, especially on foot or on my bike.” Since Daniel likes cycling the seawall, happy he’s so close to the waterfront; downtown’s nightlife and dining scene are added advantages. Daniel starts his day with a to-do list in hand, a good breakfast, and an americano; and, at the end of a long day, he likes to relax with music. A dream of his is to someday create a rap EP—this is on his bucket list—but he’ll release it anonymously, so you’ll never even know...
