About Me

I am a member of the Art Seroff Team.

Prompted by his success as a property investor, Jake Hyunsoo Kim joined the rennie advisor team in 2019. The thing he most enjoys about his real estate career is making connections and developing relationships with his clients. He admires his fellow advisors for being hard-working, honest, loyal, reliable, and helpful.

Born and raised in Seoul, Korea, Jake moved to Vancouver in 2008. He now lives in the Richmond Centre neighbourhood and loves being so close to so many restaurants—he recommends the Black Truffle Chicken at the Deluxe Chinese Restaurant—and the easy commute downtown, whether by SkyTrain or by car. Within the next 10 years, he hopes to mentor other real estate advisors and would like to build a home for his family.

Jake’s favourite movie is The Pursuit of Happyness, whose main character remains determined pursue his dream, regardless of any obstacles that stand in his way. When he’s at home, Jake likes to look up real estate business news and check the stock market.
