About Me
I am a member of the Art Seroff team.
Artyom first came to Vancouver from a small town in Kazakhstan with a strong determination to transform his passion for development and real estate into a valuable asset. His outstanding work ethics and exceptional knowledge of Greater Vancouver resale and pre-sale markets and practices led to a proven track record of success:
2011 – Right after high school, Artyom came to Vancouver to continue his education.
2012 – Won all 3 provincial powerlifting championships and was named the best male lifter.
2013 – Successfully completed the real estate trading services license course within 3 months while being a full-time student. Became Canadian Powerlifting Champion.
2014 – Joined Rennie and Associates Realty.
2015 – Led a successful telephone campaign (10,000 calls) for The Amazing Brentwood. Lifted 600lb in Deadlift and Squat at provincials.
2016 – Got his bachelor degree in BCom Real Estate at Sauder School of Business UBC, became Rennie Leader and the top 10% of all agents in Greater Vancouver.
2017 – At age 24, Artyom was named one of the 100 of Canada’s top performing real estate agents aged 35 or younger and made Rennie President Club for the first time. Reached his 100th sale.
2018 – Met Alex Ovechkin, Artemi Panarin, Evgeny Kuznetsov and other NHL stars. Reached $26M in sales in one year.
2019 – Reached his 200th sale. Sold the highest number of units at Rennie projects among all realtors in Greater Vancouver.
2020 – Got married. Reached the Medallion Club 5 years in a row.
2021 - Had the first baby. New personal record - 67 homes sold.
2022 - Achieved Medallion President's Club and rennie leaders.
